DIGITAL BASICS presented by Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF
Creativity is one of the most crucial entrepreneurship skills. A perfect point to start for artists to develop new sustainable business models. In this course we will ideate and iterate on creative media business ideas. We will deal with questions about entrepreneurial personality/team set-up, environment/trends and stakeholders. What are the success factors to run your own self-employment or media company? And what is important to start your own creative business?
In this workshop you will learn about:
DAY 1 - helpful tools to design business models like the persona technique, value proposition and business model canvas & switching perspectives from creator to customer
DAY 2 - important facts and basic conditions about self-employment in Germany e.g. tax regulations/ “Kleinunternehmerregelung”, social security/KSK and other formal questions
We will work mostly with Miro.com. You do not have to sign up an own account, but it would be helpful if you try to get familiar with the tool.
